Please note that automotive products once installed or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return. Bikes with more than 10km usage are also excluded from returns. All items must remain clean, unused, and free of scratches to be eligible for return.

Once your order payment is processed, you have a 48-hour window to cancel any online or in-store purchase. A 3% administrative fee applies for cancellations within this period unless a suitable replacement is confirmed by our support team. Refunds are not applicable after 48 hours of payment.
